CAN’T HEAR ANY AUDIO
Please check that your device audio playback controls are not muted. If that doesn’t help, check that the audio control is not muted in the video player – you can see the audio controls by hovering mouse over the video player.
THE AUDIO HAS AN ECHO
The most common reason for the echo is that several browser windows are open playing the same content. Please close one of the browsers to get rid of the echo. If this doesn’t help, try refreshing your browser.
THE AUDIO IS FINE BUT THE VIDEO BUFFERS AND / OR FREEZES
This is typically symptom of network congestion. Especially in the events where there are a large number of simultaneous viewers in a company network, congestion may occur. VPNs may also be configured in a way that is not optimal for livestream viewing. You could try to switch the connection to your mobile instead, it might help in some cases.
